Late harvest manually selected. Extraction of grape juice by means of traditional barefoot pressing, subsequent addition of alcoholic wine and a long maceration process in its own lees.
A very intense bright red colour. Aromas of fig, peach and ripe fruits. The flavour is a balanced sweet, with roundness and a very pleasant aftertaste.
Serve between 6º to 8º C
